While growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, Paddy Mac fell in love with food at an early age. In 1991 he attended Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC. Chef Pat worked and studied under talented chefs while traveling across the USA and dreaming of a place of his own. Jenny's passion for the hospitality industry happened at young age while growing up overseas with her family. She enjoyed her time in restaurants while holding several different positions while attending university. Chef Pat & Jenny's obsession for a restaurant of their own ignited when they met, married and developed plans for Noble Fare.
Since 2007, Chef Pat and Jenny McNamara, have been fulfilling foodie fantasies at their family owned and operated restaurant Noble Fare. Noble Fare is a fine dining restaurant featuring locally inspired cuisine with modern taste and historic charm. Where did the name Noble Fare come from? In Gaelic, Noble means Patrick and Fare means Jennifer.
Over the last decade, The McNamaras have expanded their culinary dreams to include: Jet Fresh Catering (in-flight catering), Totally Baked (Chef Pat's answer to lunch) and Traveling Mixtress (a vintage mobile bar and bartending service).
In addition to our bartending services, Traveling Mixtress provides use of Wilhelmina, a 1954 Owosso Camper that has been beautifully renovated as its own traveling bar. With Jenny at the wheel of Traveling Mixtress, she's taking the show on the road by offering a unique indoor/outdoor bar service.
